It’s a shame that the definition of “Indie Film” in my country’s major record bars is a borderline-porn, sex-centered plot. Trashy titles are displayed openly on the “indie” shelf while the real indie films are barely noticeable. Oh, come to think of it, these trash were produced independently anyway. But I hope they had the sense to drop the “film” instead. Let it be called indie for the sake of technicality. But please don’t put those two words together. You record bars ought to employ a film student or two.
